Upon approval of the Final Concept Plan by the Client group, the Design Team will proceed to Detail Design.
At this stage it is essential that all information be available as during Detail Design, accurate documentation is produced based on all aspects of work undertaken in previous stages. Changes to the Brief or changes to site information at this time may lead to costly time delays.
Graham Marsh Golf Design's documentation has been established to streamline the processes of Golf Course Development.
Using managed systems and specific design practices, Graham Marsh Golf Design accurately documents the desired Golf Course for each Development.
Our procedures allow the client to review the Golf Course design at critical stages before construction and assist to identify additional opportunities to improve the physical attributes and functionality of the Golf Course.
